Duties:

As the Lead Master Technician, you will step into the role of the Owner's technical responsibilities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

» Diagnose, fix, and repair vehicles right the first time, and in a timely manner
» Lead the repair team & manage vehicle workflow
» Ensure each vehicle is thoroughly inspected
» Ensure all vehicles are serviced to our high-quality standards
» Maintain clean equipment, a clean workspace, and a clean shop
» Assist other technicians as needed
» Continuously improve your skills, advance your training and stay current with new automotive technology
